Write for us
Bold Tennis Journal welcomes considered pitches about tennis design and culture: courts, equipment, clothing, graphics and traditions. We are looking for a clear point of view supported by careful explanation, not match predictions or untested claims.
What makes a strong pitch
Tell us the question your piece will answer, why it matters to a curious reader and what makes your approach distinct. A good proposal has a focused subject, a useful outline and a clear sense of what can be established from reliable material. Comparisons, explanations and well-framed cultural or historical pieces are welcome.
What to leave out
Please avoid pitches that depend on confidential access, unsupported claims, professional playing instruction or a product endorsement. Do not send unpublished work that includes private information you are not entitled to share. We cannot promise publication, payment or a particular turnaround in response to a pitch.
Send a proposal
Use the Contact page and select the general enquiry option, then include a short pitch and any relevant writing samples you are able to share. Keep the first message concise; there is no need to send a complete article unless one has been requested.
